Will we get our photos on a DVD?
Yes, a DVD disc containing a collection of high resolution JPEG images comes with every wedding.
Can we share our photos?
Yes. When you purchase a disc of pictures you are also purchasing a shared copyright for your own personal print use and for use on your
social networking sites. We share the copyright enabling us to use the images for self-promotion on our own website, magazines, editorials, exhibitions, books and all media platforms. We’re as proud of your photos as you are.
Can we make our own prints and photo-books?
Yes. Your high resolution images will print perfectly at most high street shops or you may prefer to order prints from us. We always advise ordering larger prints and canvases from us to ensure they are the very best quality.
When will we see our photos?
You will normally be able to view your photographs for the first time within 30 days of your wedding.
Can we choose the pictures for our wedding album?
Yes, or you can leave the edit up to us. You will be invited to select your favourite photographs using our online system.
When will we receive our wedding album?
Your album will take around six weeks to design before you approve the final layout. As soon as you are happy we will place your album on order. Depending upon the workflow of the printers we would expect to receive your album back within 8 weeks.
What happens if it rains?
We pride ourselves on getting stunning images no matter what the weather, come rain or shine. Our camera equipment is first class and can capture excellent pictures even in very low light. We also have portable lighting equipment for that extra special shot.
Are there any extra costs?
Only if you ask for extra products. Travel expenses are included in our wedding packages within a 60 mile radius of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. If your wedding is outside these areas extra mileage may apply. VAT is included in our listed prices for albums, storybooks and other products.
How many pages are included in our album?
15 pages (30 sides) as standard. This should be ample to cover your entire day, but should you wish to build a larger album then costs are per page thereafter.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
We encourage couples to arrange a consultation with us, where you can view a selection of albums and recent work. A booking fee of £250 is required to reserve your date. No other bookings will be considered for your date. The remainder of the payment is due four weeks before your wedding.
Do you offer a pre-wedding shoot?
Yes, absolutely, we offer this as a complimentary service to all our couples. It gives you the opportunity to meet us and get yourselves relaxed in front of the camera before your big day. See our section ‘Engagement Shoot’ for more information. If you’re not quite ready to book your photographer for your wedding we can still offer you a pre-wedding shoot at a cost of £200. This will be deducted from the cost of any final booking.
Do you visit the venue beforehand?
Yes. Research is everything and wherever practicable we will always meet with you at your chosen venue.
